DPDP audit log
An append-oriented, hash-chained local event history for DPDP workspace mutations and exports.
Tamper-evident, not immutable: a successful verification detects unauthorized changes to the audit record structure, ordering, and hash links. It does not prove what a field changed to. Browser storage can still be deleted or modified by the user or same-origin code.
Audit entries contain operation summaries and field names, not raw inventory notes, notice text, incident descriptions, or other sensitive free text. Field-level content digests are a future improvement, not a current guarantee. There is no server-side audit trail.
