SovereignShield is a digital compliance software application offering interactive developer matrices, source code boilerplates, and certified PDF export generation under a $49/month recurring subscription. Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
1. Digital Goods & All Sales Final Policy
Because SovereignShield delivers immediate access to downloadable digital assets (including certified PDF audit reports, JSON audit ledgers, and unblurred developer code boilerplates upon subscription), purchases are generally non-refundable once digital assets have been generated or unlocked.
2. 14-Day Conditional Refund Exceptions
We grant full refunds within 14 days of purchase under the following specific circumstances:
- Unused Subscriptions: You requested a refund within 14 days of initial payment, and no PDF reports have been compiled, no JSON ledgers exported, and no premium code boilerplates revealed during the billing cycle.
- Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally billed multiple times due to a payment gateway processing delay or system error.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing
You may cancel your $49/month subscription at any time via your Paddle receipt or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further recurring charges will occur.
4. Support & Refund Requests
To submit a refund request or billing inquiry, please email support@sovereignshieldapp.com with your order ID and transaction details. Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days via Paddle.
