1. Usage Rights & Subscription Services
SovereignShield grants subscribers non-exclusive, non-transferable access to our compliance matrix controls, export engines, downloadable audit reports, and developer code boilerplates under a $49/month recurring subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your receipt link or support channel.
2. Billing & Merchant of Record
All billing transactions, invoicing, tax collection, and customer order management are fulfilled by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By initiating a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Buyer Terms.
3. Processor Status (GDPR Art. 28)
Because SovereignShield does not ingest, transmit, receive, or store your company's compliance record parameters outside your client browser session, SovereignShield does not act as a "Data Processor" under GDPR Article 28. Consequently, a formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) between your organization and SovereignShield is neither required nor legally applicable. Your browser environment serves as the unified data boundary.
4. HIPAA Business Associate Disclaimer
HIPAA requires covered entities to execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with third parties that handle Protected Health Information (PHI). Because this tool operates entirely client-side without data transmission, no PHI is handled by us. SovereignShield is not a Business Associate, and no BAA is required to use this dashboard.
5. Disclaimer of Legal Counsel & Warranty
The checklists, information guides, code boilerplates, and PDF outputs are provided for automated software verification and internal pre-audit reference purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal counsel, official regulatory certification, or binding legal advice. The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
6. Proprietary Rights & Ownership Notice
The SovereignShield dashboard and its content, source code, designs, and assets are strictly proprietary. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized redistribution, re-selling, or un-licensed external hosting of this codebase is prohibited under applicable copyright laws.
